Today everyone went out to shoot on the roof and around the temple where people circumambulate. We threw together a little script—a 30-second piece about the Archive to provide some structure for the shots. Bennett explained the rule of thirds, so part of the assignment was to compose shots with that in mind. The staff is also getting familiar with how to control the depth of field (specifically, how to use narrow depth of field to highlight the subject by using a large aperture and a distant background.
