Drawing It Out

Today, Lobsang brought us to a café that sells cookies filled with tsampa (roasted barley flour—a Tibetan staple for centuries).

He also mentioned that the staff has exceptional artistic talent in the coffee arts—sometimes they even write the price of the coffee in the drink itself—so I ordered a hot chocolate.
